Just baked up little mochi squares for breakfast - 10 minutes at 450-degrees - and drizzled them with brown rice syrup. Then I dipped them in peanutbutter and - WOW. Totally sassy little breakfast.

Try it with the chocolate brownie flavor! I made that for dessert one night. Once they puffed up and came out of the over, I opened up the pocket and put in a dab of peanut butter. It was amazing!!

I've done the mochi waffles a few times. The cinnamon-raisin flavor makes a tasty waffle.

Ohhhhhhhh, that sounds soooooo goooooood - the chocolate peanutbutter ones. Wow. I keep hearing from people about how great the waffles are. Makes me want to find space in my NYC apartment for a waffle iron! Thanks for the suggestions!

Definitely one of our favorites too! In the oven and then when hot, drizzled with maple syrup! Fills the need for french toast in my book!!! :) We've also made them on the stove top with a litle bit of shoyu on them as well... Tasteeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

That sounds phenomenally insanely good. How about putting cashew butter and cinnamon.....on the chocolate mochi??? Would that be decadent or what? Ohhhhhhh........

Chocolate mochi??????? I've seen plain and a garlic/herb one. But no chocolate! I just had mochi for a snack...pan-fried it as it says in TKD, and the I put a little unsweetened sunbutter on top. Great dessert!!
