Holy Mother of Mochi.

I tried the pan fried mochi drizzled with brown rice syrup from TKD, and it was amazing! Betsy - it took me a while to find mochi at whole foods. At the store I go to, it's next to the pre-made cookie dough in the refrigerated section.
