Hi everyone!

I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Lin and I've just joined this wonderful site. I am currently "flirting" with vegetarianism and am thinking about flirting with veganism. I currently eat a loooooot of tofu (and I mean a looooot lol), fresh vegetables and organic greek yogurt. My biggest problem in terms of going vegan will be losing my Fage yogurt :-( Does anyone else have this problem?

Hi Lin and Anthony - warm welcome to ye!

Oh, I love Fage, Lin, that IS a tough one to give up! :)

Anthony, you are NY personified and I LOVE IT!!! :D Bless you for your work as NY's Finest. And a confession - I was seriously considering a little tat for my 40th a few years ago if satisfied some personal goals (weight loss, etc.). This was long before here, so now that I AM here, if I rehash that for my 50th, I'm comin' to YOU - LOL!

Oooo, but how does that fit in (or not fit in) to what we're doin' here, I wonder? I'll have to do a little research... :)
