Vegan here. Desperately trying to tap into her super powers yet I cant seem to kick that cup of Joe in the morning (get the old pipes moving) or the mixed nuts as a quick snack. I need help!!!

I still have coffee but during a cleanse I found that just warm liquid was enough to get me going in the morning, harbal tea or warm water and lemon...I know I've got to kick the coffee habit soon..

what mixed nuts are you eating??

Salted tree nuts mostly. What would be a good alternative?

raw whole almonds. raw pumpkin seeds. sometimes I add dehydrated cranberries to the mix. You gotta kickthe roasted and salted habit more then anything, you are losing nutrients and adding sodium...hope I helped. just go raw

Ahhh...Raw is the answer. Thanks for the advise! Im not excited to kick these habits but they are standing in the way of my superpowers. I'll try the warm water in the morning. Wish me luck!

Maria, if you're going superhero, adding more whole grains and beans will add a ton of fibre to your diet. after a day or two, you shouldnt have any problems at all getting the pipes moving haha! goodluck :)
