Heeey Alicia and Kind Ones! Tonight I had the great experience of attending a talk by John Kozinsky at friend and fellow Kind Lifer Margaret Plouff's place "Natures Cupboard" in Glenview, IL. He is a macrobiotic counselor mentioned by Alicia in the Health Section and I cannot believe how the Heavens alligned to bring him to the Chicago area at this very time. It is TRUE kismet!

I'm telling you, I had noooo idea what to expect, but oh my gosh, everything made so much sense, it's unbelievable. SO LOGICAL and, in complete macro fashion, BALANCED. It's aaaaaall about balance and that could not be more alluring. No extremes, but he will absolutely state his opinion clearly and lay down the rules...and then in the next moment make it clear that you're not doing anything you don't want to do and things are flexible, etc.

I didn't meet any, but If any KL'ers were there and we didn't catch each other come post a hi!
