Totally agree with you Nina! Loved Alicia's approach. Some others have been so 'militant' is sort of negated to me the positive aspects of beging vegan.
Still working my way through The China Study, it is very good reading, but I haven't had time to devote to reading it.

:) Thanks french_momma, yes, the "militant' attitude has always made me recoil in fear of ... not doing it right or something, so I would just stop. Thanks for the post, it's helpful to know we have that bond to carry us forward!smiley-kiss.gif
