Coincidence or Calcium problem?

Today as I was walking to my car, I chipped a tooth! Thankfully, it was just a very small chip on the bottom of one of my front teeth, and it's not even visible, but I am worried that it might be due to a calcium deficiency. I didn't trip and fall, or bang my head on anything. I was just walking, and I guess I closed my mouth a certain way, and my top tooth chipped. I'm 22yrs old, I've been vegetarian for 12 years and I went Vegan just over a month ago. I've never had any broken bones or bone issues.

I need to admit that for the past month, I've been snacking a little too much and which I'm sure resulted in me eating less of the nutritious foods that I should have been eating.

Do you think that I'm developing a calcium deficiency? I bought a vegan calcium supplement today, just in case. Has anyone else had anything like this happen?
