Have always loved Alicia's approach so when I heard about the book, I knew that she would break it down the way I needed to hear it. I got the book and was truely inspired. I just finished day #4 of the Vegan plan and yes, its HARD, but SO rewarding. I am hoping that I can stick with it. I have had a couple moments hwere I just couldnt find ANYTHING to eat, so I looked in the book. Turned right around and kept on going.
