ok so I've decided to try and reduce nightshade vegies and high oxalic acid vegies from my diet. Its been three days so far and i'm feeling great. Usually my legs cramp at night but for the last two nights I've been cramp free!! my prob is that I am beginning to crave potatoes and tomatoes. They are my two go-to foods. I eat brown rice pasta with tomato sauce at least twice a week and usually have chips at least as many times. I don't have any problems with introducing new foods (the ones I can find) - but eliminating tomatoes and potatoes - now thats tough!! A ny suggestions??
OMG I love vegie chips - we have some in Australia that are made from cassava. Best chips in the world (that I've tasted!!) Also Andrea, Are chili peppers also part of the nightshade family?? Although I do love spicy food.
