environment information help!

I am in college and we have to write a term paper in my chemistry class, and one of the options on the paper was to do something on the environment, so I thought it would be really interesting if I could do something about being a vegan and helping the environment. I need A LOT of information to write this term paper! Does anyone know any good websites that would help me out with this?
