Hello,my name is Carol. I have more than less followed a partial vegan lifestyle.I have not eaten beef and pork since I was 15,and I am 47. I have not had any meat since Thanksgiving 2009. Every time I think of how meat is processed I can't eat it. Now I can't even eat seafood after eating a bad shrimp. I was a venison lover, but now I can't eat that either. I guess I always knew this day would come and I would stay true to it. That time is here. Man am I glad I finally listened to what I have been thinking for over 20 years. I absolutely love curry, cumin, corriander, clove, cinnamon and cilantro. I use these in so many of my dishes now and want to try them with tofu. Not really fond of it. I tried it years ago and spiced it marinated it, baked the backbone off of it and still could not get a good flavor. That was back in the 90's. Hopefully it has gotten better. Or maybe I need a lesson(probably). Anyhow, I am excited to be bonified now. It is a sigh of relief for me.
