Hi, i started the vegan diet on january 2nd and after the detox phase, I feel GREAT! I started university in september and I forgot to keep in touch with my self. As a psychology student who had to read books all the time, I didn't have time to cook. This semester, I still decided I was going to take time for my physical and mental health which includes preparing yummy and healthy meals! Good luck to everyone, going vegan is truly one of the best decisions of my life! =) Oh I was wondering, is it normal that my nails are getting "weak"? Could the transition between differents diets that causes it?
