Does anyone have suggestions on where to stay/go in Scotland? I've done a bit of research, but it would be great to hear from someone who has stayed and traveled through Scotland as a vegan.

hey! i live in edinburgh so i have a few restaurants that are great:
Hendersons- does breakfast lunch and dinner vegetarian and lots of vegan options
Kalpna-amazing vegan lunch buffet for indian food! soo good

Thank you, Rebecca. I have an Airfarewatchdog alert set up for flights between Portland, OR and Edinburgh. I visited in Feb 2008 and only had a few days to explore the city. I am hoping to fit in a visit this summer--i hear the weather can be pretty rainy if you go outside of July/August. I love the rain, but given how cloudy/rainy it is in Oregon, I would like to go somewhere when the weather is nice.
