Hi, i've been vegan for 2 weeks now and I have a lot of the symptoms that are caused by detoxing ( bloating, gas, dry skin, irritability, INTENSE cravings) It's really hard because i'm a full time student and the process cause me anxieties like I haven't have in a while. I'm a pretty calm person, I meditate and walk a lot, but the stress came back 3-4 days ago. Can anyone give me advices or share experiences? Thanks so much =)
