Also, millet with squash is really tasty (add miso the last 5 minutes for added benefits). Rice & barley with allspice is a delicious porridge. Scrambled tofu is a great way to incorporate a lot of veggies & use up extras in the fridge. I've also thought a (rice or mochi ) waffle with vegetable melange in TKD would be nice for breakfast.
