I have been making myself Vegan BLTs for breakfast. I love them! I don't usually eat a lot of packaged foods, but I just love this sandwich. I got the idea from the Otherside Cafe in Boston, MA. Even my non-vegan co-workers were like, that looks so good! It is around 220 calories if you use 1 oz. bread slices. 2 sl. homemade bread 2 tsp. grapeseed oil vegenaise 3 strips of Lightlife Smart Bacon 2 sl. tomato 2 or 3 lettuce leaves
