i just returned back from the beautiful island of barbados. after doing some research here i found a little place named aya cafe. it is in bridgetown and after chatting with a woman at the farmers market looking for directions (she asked her friend to drive us there) we made it! it might have been the best meal i've ever had!!! they just throw everything on your plate (all vegan of course) my nonvegan husband loved it too (my 9 year old loved the pasta and had some salad) we even left with a plate for the next day and a slice of vegan chocolate cake!!
