Huge computer knob from Canada!

Help someone please! I have been trying to update my profile since I joined the site (embarrassingly, a while ago now...!) and I can't seem to set up my profile or add photos etc. Can someone please help me? I feel like I am creeping around with no identity....thanks! :)
PS: I am from Canada.....any other Canadian Kind Lifers out there?

Looks like you are doing great! You posted an avatar and filled out all the profile information. If you need help creating photo albums, or beyond, go ahead and PM me.
