I would really appreciate any advice on becoming vegan. I have been vegetarian for 13 years now. I would just like to know what kind of 'staple' foods I should have in my pantry, or is it just a matter of doing what I'm doing now, just cutting out dairy products.
I'm also wondering about the health benefits, I'm a new mom! I'm so lucky but I'm feeling really yucky, I've gained a little weight and just feel sluggish. I'm hoping that a change in my diet will help improve these poopie feelings!!
