I have been a vegetarian for over 3 years and have been easing into a vegan lifestyle the past 3 weeks. When I start to eat a meal, I think that I might not have enough food on my plate. Yet, since I started listening to my body more, I can finally recognize when my body is full. I never thought I would be able to do that! My body has been going through some great changes in only 3 weeks. They are all for the better. Very excited to see how my body and mind change in the future!:)
Funny you brought this up, because when a co-worker asked me how i was doing on my new adventures of being vegan this is one of the things I commented on! Never ever, have I really had the ability to STop eating, ... I knew when i should stop, but since become vegan. I've been able to easily say no, i'm good! such a great thing... :)
