Hi Jill, Hemp has the highest amounts of naturally occuring Omega 3's and 6's. Some brands tend to have flakes or clumps in them (I think it's the added minerals etc.), but it still tastes pretty good. I use Hemp milk in my daily greens and fruit smoothie, but for oatmeal I prefer almond milk the best (I think it's the creamiest), and it's the lowest in calories too. Hope that helps!
