Hi guys! I've been vegetarian since August and vegan (mostly superhero) since Jan.1. I absolutely love it and feel fantastic, except I've been suffering with terrible gas and bloating! I've used all of Alicia's suggestions from tkd... cooking with bay leaves, skimming off bubbles, chewing my food really really well... but for some reason I'm still more farty and burpy than I've ever been! I'm hoping my body will eventually get used to all these beans and greens and the gas will disappear, but I definitely could use any suggestions in the meantime! Help!
