Experiences, so far, with superhero section of the book:

SUPERHEROES:
Fried Udon Noodles (p.229)
- a bit dry, but tasty

Basic Rice (p.233)
- white rice has no taste after eating this one:)

Pan-Fried Mochi (p.237)
- my new sweet treat. The mochi didn't get as puffy as in the picture

Dandelion, Bok Choy Miso Soup (p.249)
- "I could hear my body say thank you", really good in a simple way

Baby Bok Choy Drizzled with Ume Vinaigrette (p.265)
- husband's words: " how can this taste this good?", I used pumpkin seeds in stead of sesame

Maple-Roasted Lotus Root, Sunchokes, and Leeks (p.269)
- good and exotic ..at least for me, next time I'll double the maple syrup

Alicia's Soft Rice Porridge (p.284)
- this is a new breakfast favourite, I recommend!!

THAT'S IT! ...SO FAR:) THERE'S NO END FOR THIS:D
