Suggestion for 'active discussions' & 'discussions i've posted in'

I find it very useful to have both links on the website. When I click on 'active discussions', both links remain on the website. But I click on 'discussions i've posted in', the link to 'active discussions' disappears. Is it possible to have both links remain on the page?

(Sorry, English is not my mother tongue, but I hope this post makes sense...)

This is a very good idea, thank you. I will pass it along to the powers that be.

Have you ever considered live discussions? There could be a set topic with a moderator, and then a cap of how many were allowed "in". I think this would be a fun idea : )
Just a thought

We've done chat-style rooms before, and may again in the future, but for now, the Forum will be the primary method for user discussion.

Thank you.

Since we are sharing suggestions or maybe someone can help me figure this out...from active discussions when I click on a post from Alicia all I see are the responses and not the original post. I have to go through the main page to find the orginial post. Anyway the post can stay attached to the responses?

Thanks.

The comments are threaded from the Forum to the main page post, but the post doesn't thread back to the Forum. This is because the conversation in the thread is about the post, and not the other way around. Does that make sense?

Thank you.

Thanks Jason - I guess that somewhat makes sense it just would be nice if the two connected so that we don't have to search for the orginial post on the main page.

Another question (sorry I am still learning how to navigate this site) - where is the keyword search function? I have a few specific things I want to research but don't know how to search. I have looked around and have not found anything. Can you search member posts by keyword?

Thanks.

Kim

You can search the entire site for content that has a particular keyword in it.

Thank you.
