Hi, I'm Danielle and I've been vegetarian for many years but I'm on the way to becoming vegan. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis when I was 22, and so much of the research I have done is pointing towards saturated fat and particularly dairy being a factor, that I HAVE to do this, for myself and the people who love me. I'm really excited to get started and I'd love to hear from anyone who has found that living the kind way has helped them take control of their health. Namaste xx

Hi Danielle,
So sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Within the last year I became deathly allergic to soy. Since then I've become very sensitive to dairy and other animal proteins. I kept hearing about Alica's book and had never considered a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle. I am only 1 week in to my journey of being totally animal free and feel great. My energy levels are way up and I am able to get all of the protein and calories I need every day. I am also free of my fatugue and digestive issues.
I don't know if you read TKD, but it was so insightful, as far as how animal products wreak havoc on our bodies. I really hope this lifestyle will ease your MS symptoms.
Best to you in your new journey!
Peace,
Cassi
