Hey everyone,I am going to a tailgating party tomorrow and want to bring a vegan sidedish to share with the group. I am considering either the artichoke dip or the cheezy, oozy, guacamole bean dip from the book, but wanted to see if anyone has any other easy ideas! I won't really have access to an oven or anything so something scrumptious, transportable, and that can be served cold would be good! There are also going to be a lot of vegan haters at this tailgate so I want to blow them away!

Both of those dishes are fantastic, though I am addicted to the crostini! There was a yummy looking tailgating menu in vegetarian times a while back, you might check out their website.

Are you going to have access to a grill once you get there? Vegan kebobs would be a great dish to bring, you could precut/season everything and let folks assemble their own.

So what did you bring to your party Sarah? How did it go?
