INGREDIENTS: chick peas bok choy chicory broccoli meat substitute thingies from the local supermarket, with added B12 and iron
COOKING: I cooked the chick peas while washing the veggies. Then I added the veggies to the pan with chick peas and I baked the broccoli slice (or how do you call it in English?). Very very very very easy!
TASTING: I really liked the taste. I had never had chick peas before, but I like them. I also really liked the combined taste of the soft chick peas and the heartier bok choy and chicory.
POINTS: I give this meal a 9 out of 10 points and I will surely make it again some time. :)
PS I posted this on my blog here, but as I would really like other people's opinions about this meal, I also post it here. I'm just starting out as a vegetarian, so maybe I still miss a food or vitamin. Let me know! :)
