hi new friends :)

my name is lo, and i currently reside in rural pennsylvania. call me naive, but i totally believe that certain books come into your life at a certain time for a certain reason. i am beyond stoked that TKD fell into my lap during the past week.

i've been wanting to get healthier for such a long time, but like a lot of people, it simply became a "back burner" issue. i have no one to blame but myself. my body is so out of balance, and i am so ready to change. yeah, those processed chips may delicious for the 10 seconds their in my mouth, but we all know that is just the beginning of the digestive journey. time for change! time for a body revolution!

lo: why do you feel so crummy all the time, body? why did you stop loving to do things that you used to? why are you always tired and sore? full of aches and pains? restlessness? anxiety?
body: lo, honey, you FUEL me. i'm working with what you choose to fuel me with -- and i'm working with the best i got. you're lucky to be breathing right now! that ketchup you had with dinner.. you gotta be kidding me!!

sorry if this intro seems random and out there, but think of it as more of a kickstart into a lifestyle. time to change!

"Strange fascination, fascinating me
Changes are taking the pace I'm going through
Ch-ch-ch-ch-Changes

can't wait to meet you all and be friends :)
and thank you in advance!
lots of love to all of you fighting the good fight xoxo
