It's not really a question, but I want to thank you for the paragraph on page 129 called "Losing my way".
I have a history of depressions and there's nothing I want more than to have these depressions to stay away from me as far as possible. Reading about how you sometimes feel like everything is important and needs to be done, before you can relax or take time to eat properly and take care of yourself, it really hit home with me.
I often feel like everything on my to-do list should have been done yesterday. This makes me feel like I can't achieve anything and that everything is going wrong and will go wrong even more.
Thanks for that paragraph. It's suddenly like it's okay to feel like that sometimes, because the person I look up to quite a lot, is also feeling like that sometimes.
(I hope this makes sense :) )
