About three weeks ago I made some healthier choices for me, my husband and my three young kids. My daughter and I don't care for meat, my husband and middle son love it. I decided to start limiting milk, I gave it up completely and added way more veggies. I also started making everything except bread, instead of buying pre-packaged, I ordered organic meat too and switched to earth friendly cleaners. Well last night I was at a party and had some wine and cheese. I came home in such bad cramps that I could barely walk. So my questions are, I never had issues with cheese before, why would I now, after not having it for a few weeks? Also, are there any other flirts out there with kids? What sorts of steps are you taking and have you convinced your family?
