I am going on a business trip in 3 weeks for now that will be about 6 weeks sense I became a vegan. If the gas is still there is there anything I can do during the trip to stop the gas as I will be in tight quqrters with people and it could be embarrissing.
Hi everyone! I can relate as well to the headaches. I started as a veggie for 1 month before I started on the vegan path- 3 weeks now. My body certainly detoxed, headaches and fatigue but I worked through it. Now I feel amazing! Back at the gym, and full of energy. I was recently diagnosed with an auto immune disease and I have found a vegan diet to be the best medicine out there. I am free of all medications and juicing alot! I enjoy the raw pressed juices the most and I load up on those. This new journey has been life changing and extremely rewarding! I have never felt so good. It's nice to know there is a community of people that are kind and available for support. Count on me, too!
