Roadtrip from NYC to the Keys...any restaurant advice?

I'm leaving Friday for a roadtrip to the Florida Keys from NYC with my fiancee. Does anyone have any advice on good places to stop on the way (right off 95) or any places in the Keys with good vegan food? I might have to stop in Sublime in Ft. Laud....

I am in Miami right now for the weekend and I highly recommend Escopazzo - Organic Italian (1311 Washington Ave (305) 674-9458). It is in Miami Beach and offers a raw menu that is fabulous (the eggplant, swiss chard dish is delicious). The restaurant is not all vegetarian/vegan but they offer nice selections. If you want a vegan dessert ask them what they can do when you order your entrees. They made us an incredible vegan chocolate dessert that was so yummy and decadent.
