Valentine's brunch in Colorado

I am signed up and going. It's a 2 hour drive for me, but I have heard so many good things about this sanctuary. The menu is all vegan!
I am taking my nephew, my sister and my daughter. My nephew wants to go vegan, but hasn't quite crossed over. My sister has talked about veganism, I really don't know if she will ever see the light. My daughter is 3 and doesn't eat meat very often, she eats vegan when I cook, but mostly she is veggie. So I am hopeing to make a few new vegans on Valentine's Day!
