Vegan Cheese...REALLY?

I've only had vegan cheese once! I was staying with my grandparents and made them pizza for dinner (real cheese,whole wheat crust etc) so I made a spelt-whole wheat crust for myself,got some vegan cheese...UGH it was disgusting.I was so bogged down by the whole crust too.Felt horrible.There's a reason I'm a sometime Superhero!

I just made tostadas tonight with Daiya pepperjack, it's the bomb!!!
