Hey guys! I wanted to go raw one day a week, just to try it--does anybody have a favorite raw cookbook they'd suggest?

Living Cuisine by Renee Loux is great! First half is lots of good info and the second half is recipes.

You can also check out Kristen Suzanne's books, www.kristensraw.com. She has multiple books and all are great!

I love Shazzie's energy and cute recipe names so I'd have to suggest Shazzei's Detox Delights http://www.amazon.com/Shazzies-Detox-Delights-Shazzie/dp/B0018XAK94/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1279838979&sr=1-5

Its a small booklet but its filled with great recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert.

I'm currently reading and loving the pics of Rawvolution by matt Amsden. he even has a blurb on the back by Alicia Silverstone. his raw balls are featured in the kind diet. his approach is very easy to understand and gets you excited about tryng raw food.

Raw Food for Real People by Rod Rotondi. I work in his restaurant, Leaf Organics, the book is awesome!

Thrive, by Brendan Brazier. Half of it lays out his philosophy; the second half is full of recipes for raw and lightly cooked pizzas, pancakes, salads, energy bars, etc. It's great if you're at all athletic or trying to be--he's an Ironman triathelete.
