Regarding Iodine...I have two kids so I've been researching the salt piece of this puzzle. I understand the necessity to use unrefined salt. I am just having a hard time finding foods that contain iodine. My research says that it is needed for thyroid functions and brain development. Almost everything I find high in iodine is either fish or dairy. I'm someone out there has already been through this so I thought I'd save myself some time. Any help/guidance is most appreciated!
