I'm sure it is because I have been on many diets, but is there a breakdown for each meal that I should eat protein, carbs, etc. I'm used to feeling like I have to have a protein with each meal, or at least for breakfast and supper. I know I can eat beans for protein, but what about breakfast since I am not going to eat egg white veggie omelets anymore. I am looking forward to any help you can give me.
Thank you so much Jessy for all the suggestions. Breakfast was something I was wondering about. I have been having oatmeal with a banana and nuts the last 2 mornings. I am so used to oatmeal and rice being considered as carbs and not protein. I will definitely look up your recipe suggestions. I'm not sure what tempeh is yet, but I do know what tofu is, but I'm just not sure what to do with it yet. This is somewhat new to me, but I have already lost 5 pounds since Sunday...so I'm doing something right.
