great yoga studio in ny!

Ok, I'm biased because I'm selling baked goods there (read my post in 'vegan catering' or send me a note if you're interested!) but Strala Yoga just moved to a newer and larger space in Soho and they're really fantastic. Besides my baked goods, I'll also be subbing for some classes as they're getting the new schedule up and running, so if you see a short girl with a dark pixie haircut, say hi and introduce yourself as a fellow King Lifer. :) It's a really strong yoga practice, excellent for those of you looking to lose weight without going nuts on the elliptical. I hope I'll see some of you there!
