Hi Everyone! I've been reading The Kind Life for the past week and realized I've been flirting with going vegan just by listening to my body for a long time. I eat meat maybe 1-2 times per week (none for 6 days now!) but I am absolutely hooked on dairy. I have cut my coffee to 1 cup in the morning and usually use organic half and half as creamer. I tried almond milk this morning and it was like adding water to my coffee. Anyone have a suggestion for something to use as a creamer that is not necessarily soy based? Thanks!
