Hot Body Scrub?

I was wondering if the Hot Body Scrub is the same as using a dry brush? I find that I'm just too cold in my bathroom to stand there naked and do the method decribed in the book. Then I thought, can't I just do this in the shower with my shower head spraying down at my feet? At least that way I could stay warm? Any suggestions from anyone.

I agree. I do this in the bath in the mornings with a sort of exfoliating brush. Seems to work for me.

Using a body scrub that don't need the meathod to stand in the shower about an hour. Without doing this, you could also improoves yourself by using a body scrub with outstanding collection of natural ingredients to nourish dull skin and make them soft and silky and removes body peeling.

Hi, yea I do the bodyscrub outside of the tub without the water because it's not very cold in the morning but I can understand where you are coming from. I say go ahead and try the water running at your feet, just make sure you don't get your body wet ;)
