After all these years, I was convinced I had some sort of emotional instability - crazy mood swings with devastating lows - how did it take me this long to nix the sugar? WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I seriously cannot believe how much of an effect sugar has on my overall wellbeing. I cut out all processed sugar and am occasionally using agave syrup and eating fruit here and there, and I am calm, cool and collected across the board.
As an added plus, eating a lot of whole grains and vegetables have ended my irrational and chaotic need to continuously snack on junk.
Result? Emotionally stable and the pounds are melting off. Woot!

Holly-lujah~ You rock!! That's so awesome! :) I've been off the white stuff (azucar) for over a month now & am feeling fabuloso! The few times I've had it, I've almost instantly gotten a headache & can feel my heart start racing...it's amazing how in tune we can get with our bodies through this process.Keep up the amazing work!!

Yay!!! I wish someone had raised me with this information. Instead I only was informed that sugar created cavaties but it does so much more! Thanks for the motivation

sugars so000 bad! i didnt eat any for about a month and then had a bar of dark (vegan) chocolate... i had a headache maybe even half an hour later! crazy! its so cool how after we get the bad foods out of our system we react to them so fast, and we know whats caused us to feel sick
