Hi Everyone,

Well, I have been doing the vegan thing for a while now. I have Celiac Disease and an adversion to soy.

I need some help on how to best gain adequate amounts of: calcium and iron? I have enough protein but I am worried about the calcium and iron.

Any help would be great =)
