Help... with Crispy Peanut Butter Treats from the Book

Has anyone made the Crispy Peanut Butter Treats from the Book? (pg. 184)
Does anyone know how many cups of cereal is in the '1 box brown rice crisps cereal'?
I found organic brown rice cereal, but it comes in a bag!!!
Any help would be appreciated!!!

i agree! almost bought reg ole rice crisy treats cereal but wasnt sure. i saw alicia on oprah and her whole foods is twice the size of mine so i also got no idea whats up
I use the whole bag and it works out perfect. I use the Envirokidz Koala Crisp and the box is 11.5 oz.. The Nutritional info states that a serving is 3/4 cups and that there are 11 servings in the box. Sooooo I guessing a box is approx 8.25 cups. Hope that helps
standard size cereal box works...makes a 9x13 pan...watch out! these are addictive! enjoy!
On a somewhat unrelated note, I have still not been able to find Brown Rice Syrup, and I've been to 2 Whole Foods and other health food sections of stores. Has anyone else had trouble finding this? Do you usually look by the syrups in the store? I appreciate the advice!
I found the brown rice syrup at Whole Foods. I had to ask, and there was one jar left! It is right near the maple syrup, etc. It is called Sweet Dreams organic brown rice syrup.
I put most of mine in the freezer. They stayed together better that way. I personally like them frozen. The ones I stored out in a glass container all melded into one big mess....making it very hard to eat and/or serve to guests!
