Hi! In case anybody is in the mood to head to Italy and have a full-on vegetarian trip, perhaps these links could be of help! I actually started researching vegetarianism in Italy for my job (I'm a travel agent, and while planning a trip and writing itineraries for a large group, certain restaurants and hotels had to be thoroughly researched due to dietary restrictions travelers had... Even though I'm vegetarian, I just took this for granted since my dad is Italian and I lived there/spoke the language--it was just second nature to accommodate myself)
