Hello everyone!
I am new to The Kind Diet, and I am loving it! i can't get enough. The only problem is that i am not a very seasoned cooker or baker, so I have no good cookware. Is there any pot that works better than the other? Thanks!

I have been wondering that myself Jessica. I just have one little glass pot I use over and over but I'd really like to hear from Kind-lifers because there's SO much overwhelming information out there about cookware! Please let me know if you find anything and I'll let you know also.

I love to cook but I have very limited kitchen resources. I have been building up good cookwear one by one in the order that I think is most important. -I have a medium sized chef's pan (which is a 3 ltr. rounded saucepan like a medium pot, but I think its the most versitile)-An 11" cast iron 'Lodge' skillet with nice high sides. (really solid investment and you can cook , fry or sautee most anything in it and it adds iron to your diet and cooks really evenly because its heavy iron )-I also have an old small and large saucepan that aren't very good but used as backups and some old baking dishes-Next on my list is a steamer basket, but if you are starting the kind diet this would be a great first buy. -Also get a good vegetable knife and cutting board for chopping the veggies. - If you have money to spend, rice cookers and blenders or food processors are convenient and a nice splurge would be an enameled stove/oven pot like le creuset.-For baking I say buy as you go for muffin or pie pans, theyre not that expensive and if you actually use them once, chances are you'll use them again, they also carry them at grocery stores so don;t worry about it till you need it.
