I bought Kale this weekend. Since I'm Italian, everything thing I do with green veggies consists of sauteing in olive oil and garlic. Anyone have any delicious recipes for kale. Does is need to be blanched first?
I love Kale. I either sautee it or steam it and usually add a little drizzle of ume vinegar and gomashio. Yummy!
Another great kale snack - kale chips. Cut into two inch squares (roughly) coat with a tiny (tiny) bit of oil, salt & pepper, bake for 10 min - delish. There is even a kale chip thread in the food forum.
