I've tried a couple times but the search bar on the homepage doesn't seem to be working. I get error messages every time.
Anyone else?

The site search works, but the book search is not working.

yes, I am using the search word Organic from the home page and this is the error message I am receiving:
Notice: Undefined index: search_keywords in /var/www/consumer/system/modules/SearchModule.class.php on line 15

Fatal error: Call to a member function isValid() on a non-object in /var/www/consumer/system/modules/SearchModule.class.php on line 15

so I tried searching from another page (i followed the food link on the navigation bar) and also recevied an error message, thougt it contained tables and more info.

I hope this is fixed soon, as I'd freally like to find local restaurants. groceries etc.

I don't even see a search button. Search functionality is critical. I just joined and there are many things I want to get information about and I need that search functionality. Thanks!

I don't see a search button either...hope this gets fixed soon - I'd love to be able to search the site, and to search the forums...I don't want to ask a question if it's already been answered in another thread.

OK, I'm blind. It's on the home page, down on the right side. Seems to work fine. Sorry for not checking again before posting.

There are two search fields on the homepage, one for the book and one for the site itself. Searching for terms that aren't in the book, in the book search, sometimes causes an error. This is what you were experiencing. The site search will handle all your needs without issue.

Thank you.

This is an awesome site. Would it be possible to add a search field and button to the navigation on the main forum pages? I didn't realize the forums could be searched from the main page until I found this thread. Thanks!

Yep, I use Firefox, and I am STILL looking for a search button. can you post a screenshot of the search button? Maybe firefox disables it?
