I just received my book & this is the first recipe I made & had the stuff in the fridge already. I skipped the cheese (hardest part). My whole family ate them & seemed to enjoy them ! I served a side salad with: sweet potato, spinach leaves, shredded carrot, raisins, toasted sunflower seeds, barley & balsamic vin+ EVOO. I LOVED the combination. Today I need to finish the book, & living in WV I'm more than a little nervous I won't be able to find some of the ingredients that are common in the Kind Life recipes.
