Hey guys! So here's the deal...breakfast and dinner are a breeze for me because i cook them both at home and it's easy to make them superhero. but the thing im having trouble with is packing a superhero lunch!!! i was just wondering what you other superheroes are packing for lunch!! please help. thanks so much!!
I'm loving the "Tuna Salad Sandwich (Kinda" on sprouted, no salt bread. You could probably do without the bread as well and have it as a salad. That has protein & grain from the tempeh (although I wouldn't eat it every single day b/c of the veganaise). Also, sometimes I have PB&J- I use salt & sugar-free PB (usually the kind you grind yourself at the health market), fruit-sweetened jam & (again) sprouted bread. Again, it's not ideal for every day, but it's great for on the go.Nori rolls (from TKD) are also easy & yummy.If you're taking your lunch somewhere you can heat it up, you can make a more traditional superhero lunch, pack it & reheat (no microwave though- I've read elsewhere it's better to eat it cold than use one).Just my 2 cents. :)
