How much Vitamin B is actually in meat?

What are the symptoms of lacking Vitamin B?

I do not know how much is actually in meat, but i do know that we do not need much to be healthy. The body stores it so you can take it once a week or so (B-12 that is). The other B's are available from vegan sources. On a different thread, it was said that B-12 actually is produced by bacteria and such in the soil. So the reason we don't get it naturally is not because of not eating meat, but because our soil may be lacking the quantities it once had and because our food is so sterile. Which I thought was a very interesting fact. B vitamins are vital to nervous system health.
